Meet Jacqui

There is a lily pond in Mapleton that stopped me in my tracks the first time I saw it.

It reminded me of Lindfield Pond, in the old village of Lindfield in Sussex, England — where I grew up, where my parents lived, where I always felt most at home. Still water, lily pads, and a quiet that settles something in you. When I found that same feeling here in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be.

I came to Pilates the way many of my clients do — not as a fitness enthusiast chasing the next challenge, but as someone who needed to move better, feel stronger, and understand what my body was actually capable of. 

​

​​I trained through Breathe Education under Raffaello Bender — one of Australia's most rigorous, evidence-based Pilates programs. I'm a certified Pilates Instructor and Clinical Exercise Specialist with over 10 years of experience.

​

Pilates is not just what I teach. It is how I live.
