A maximum of 4 clients per class, so you get real attention rather than getting lost in a crowd. I guide every exercise and adjust it to suit each body in the room, even within a group setting.
Yes, and it's actually who I work with most. We start with a consultation so I understand your body and history, then build a plan that moves you forward safely.
Comfortable, fitted clothing you can move in, and grip socks (Reformer machines require them), A water bottle and a small exercise towel. No other equipment needed — everything else is provided. (The studio has a selection of quality grip socks you can purchase at a reasonable price).
Yes. Live group mat classes and private 1:1 sessions are both available via Zoom — ideal if you can't make it in person, prefer to start from home, or have a reformer at home and want guidance using it properly.
Private 1:1 sessions are fully tailored to you — ideal if you're working through a specific injury, have complex needs, or simply prefer one-on-one attention. Small group sessions (max 4) still get plenty of individual guidance, but at a more accessible price point and with the energy of training alongside others.

Yes, potentially! If you are Self-Managed or have a Plan Manager, you may be able to fund your Pilates sessions under the NDIS, provided that physical well-being, capacity building, or exercise falls under your approved plan goals. Because we are an unregistered provider, we cannot accommodate Agency-Managed participants. We recommend checking with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager before booking to ensure alignment with your budget.
