About Lily Pond Pilates

Lily Pond Pilates is for women who want to keep moving well — strongly, easily, and with confidence — through midlife and beyond.

Sessions are evidence-based and personalised. Built around the body you have now, not the one you had at thirty. The goal isn't punishment, perfection, or performance. It's helping you walk further, garden longer, travel comfortably, and keep up with whoever you want to keep up with — for years to come.

Through personalised online sessions and our boutique reformer studio opening in Mapleton in July 2026.

Why I do this work

Movement has given me more than fitness. It's given me energy for the people and moments that matter most.
